Physical Description: Chisato stands at 5' tall even. She has long black hair and dazzling blue eyes. She prefers to where a turtle neck shirt [without sleeves, a yellow jewel at the base of the collar in the front and a black and yellow trim at the bottom], A short purple pleated skirt, white thigh high stockings and black sneakers. She has an average body and doesn't strike out in a crowd. Since she spends much of her day inside working on tech or practicing her martial arts, her skin is pale.
She has a tattoo exactly like Zell's in between her shoulder blades. On her left wrist she wears a high tech watch. She rarely wears anything to showy.
Weapons: T-board Alpha, T-Board Beta, T-Board Gamma, and T-Board Omega
Personality: Chisato is a shy girl that can easily blend in with any group of people. She is known for her espionage and information gathering abilities. She was the only SeeD candidate to be given a solo Field Exam. She has a hard time making friends because of her mission specialties. In combat, she uses a Martial arts centered around the use of the T-board. She also secretly has a crush on Zell Dincht.

History: Chisato grew up in Balamb a pretty average girl. She met Zell while playing with her friends and has been incredibly shy around him since. At the age of 13, she followed Zell to the Garden and signed up for all the same classes as him. She figured if she spent more time with him, she could get up the courage to confess to him.
While Zell and the others were sent on their field exam, Chisato was sent on an information gathering mission deep within Dollet. She discovered the reason behind the communications tower, but by the time she returned with the information, Zell and the others were dispatched to their new mission.

Chisato had just gotten on board the train back to Balamb. the incident with President Deling had caused an uproar withing the Galbaldian forces. With them gathering up arms, it became too dangerous to continue being a spy within them. the information She had though was something else. The Sorceress's rise to power. How the Galbaldian forces had been affected. Even the improvements in technology granted by the Sorceress's power. However what she saw with Seifer was amazing. The head of the Disciplinary Committee was now the Sorceress's Knight. She had to get this information back to the Garden and Headmaster Cid. Her T-board was stored in the front cargo car, just in case her identity as a SeeD was discovered.
Unfortunately it soon was. One of her old squad mates from her time in the Galbaldian Forces spotted her out of uniform. it wasn't exactly that she was discovered to be a SeeD, but rather that she would be captured for being AWOL. As two Galbaldian guards came up to her she sprinted to the back and pressed a button on her watch. By the time she got to the door of the car. her T-board was right outside and keeping pace with her. A quick leap aboard it and she made a quick turn and rockets off in the other direction. Right into the forest.
