Name: Rufus Shinra
Age: 24
Sex: Male
Physical Description: Rufus Shinra is known to be a well-kept young man. He has neatly-groomed blonde hair, blue eyes and a white three-piece suit with a distinctive double-breasted jacket. He wears brown dress shoes. He wears baggy white slacks as well. He is tanned and he has an aristocratic face meaning that nothing on his face is too large or too small.
He is well built, just because he is rich doesn't mean he is a lazy bum like his father. Rufus keeps in shape, he is not too bulky yet not too scrawny. He has the appearance of a very powerful young man, not in strength but in terms of resourcefulness. He has an imposing appearance, but not in terms of physicality. He is always seen with a straight face or with a smug look on his face, or with simply a blank stare.
Weapons: His weapon is a double-barreled metallic silver shotgun, that although looks normal, boasts with extreme power and tenacity. He carries it whereever he goes, keeping it concealed. Another weapon he has is his mind and persuasive voice. He is able to trick anyone and most likely get any girl he wants. He is more of a talker and a lover to women than a fighter.
Personality: Rufus is very cold, callous and self-centered. He thinks that the world revolves around him and him only. He may seem to think and care for others including his father but when it all comes down to it, he is in it for him. If stuff work out for him and his acquaintances, then he is good with it. However, if he doesn't then, well he just won't give a rat's behind. Rufus is ruthless, he never takes any prisoners. Rufus is in fact so twisted that he would rather have controlled the world through fear and sorrow and intimidation rather than money. However, now that he has turned over a new leaf, he is now on the side of good. However, he forgets that sometimes... His cold and self-centered nature still can rear its ugly head...

Custom Title: Prince of Shinra
History: Rufus was born, with his father being President Shinra. Shinra was at first just a small weapons company. However, when they discovered how to use Mako energy from the Lifestream, which was the "blood" of The Planet, as an energy source, they exploded in power and they dominated. They began giving out power to the entire world, setting up power stations or Mako Reactors to refine the energy of the Lifestream all over the place, and expanding quite hastily, quietly taking over The Planet. With their new-found cash cow, they began expanding into many areas, including space experimentation, and the development of weapons, etc. As people became more helpless, they were unknowingly becoming more dependent on Shinra's power and supplies, President Shinra, company owner and leader, became the "President" of much of the world.
Rufus becomes vice president and he is often sent on business trips. Although he is vice president, his opinion is never really heard and this angers Rufus in the fact that he doesn't even have much influence over the company that he is vice president of. He learns how to fight as this goes along and he ends up getting a guard hound of his own which is named Dark Nation. He becomes self centered, narcissistic, and conceited. He grows to disrespect his father, calling him "Old Man" instead of "Dad" or "Father."
After years, Rufus is now 22 years old, and he is still stuck being the vice president. However, during Sephiroth's attack on the Shinra Building in Midgar, the Shinra executive Palmer called Junon for help, Rufus responded by hopping a helicopter to Midgar. By the time he arrived, mostly everyone in the building was dead, including President Shinra, Rufus' father. Rufus finds Cloud and the others and initiates a fight with Cloud, losing Dark Nation in the battle. After a brief fight against Cloud Strife, during which he uses a double-barreled sawed-off shotgun, Rufus flees the building. It is eventually restored and Rufus resumes normal operations as the President of the Shinra Corporation. Unlike his father, who ruled with money and power, Rufus claims that he will rule by fear.
He then boards a ship that takes him to Costa Del Sol, but under his nose, Cloud and his friends follow. He relaxes a little but he soon takes an airplane out of Costa Del Sol but not before scolding one of his subordinates for letting Sephiroth, Cloud and his friends board the ship, which meant that he knew all along.
After a while, he sends one of his workers to retrieve an airplane for him but then Cloud and his friends foiled those plans as well, Rufus was getting frustrated and quickly. Rufus is encountered again when he is confronted by Cloud at the Northern Crater, which Shinra believes to be the Promised Land. Afterward, he tries to have Tifa Lockhart and Barret Wallace publicly executed to help calm the panic from Sephiroth's summoned Meteor. His plans are foiled when Sapphire WEAPON attacks Junon and causes enough confusion for the two to escape on the Highwind.
Rufus, after the escape of Tifa and Barret and due to the WEAPONs problem, has the Sister Ray cannon moved from Junon to Midgar in order to destroy Diamond WEAPON and the barrier surrounding Sephiroth. As he launches the cannon, Diamond WEAPON launches its own attack on Midgar, which hits on-level with the President's office, from which he is overseeing the operation. Due to the damage, no one can reach the office to find a body, so he is simply presumed dead. However, during Meteorfall, he is rescued by Vincent Valentine and Yuffie Kisaragi.
Rufus later reveals himself to Cloud and that he was under the protection of the Turks for the two year period, living with them in the Healin Lodge in a wheelchair, covered by a white sheet which is supposedly hiding his Geostigma which was a symptom of alien matter infesting the body, The body tries to eliminate it, and overcompensates, being in the final stages of the disease. Rufus explains that his near-death experience opened his eyes to the truth and now desires to undo the chaos his company brought onto the world. Near the movie's climax, he backed up his resolve as he removes the sheet and stands from the wheelchair. The sheet seems to have only been around him to hide the head of Jenova from Kadaj. He has something of a shootout with the villain after throwing the container off the ledge with him and Kadaj plunging after it. Like most of the characters, he is cured of Geostigma at the end, prolonging the life of the Shinra family and Rufus' chance for further redemption.
Rufus now stands at 24 years old, and his cold and self-centered personality had returned but he was still one of the good guys. He was being driven along by one of his workers when suddenly something strange happened. Rufus got out of the car but he found himself alone, with his car wrecked and his driver dead. Rufus got his suitcase out of the car. He brushed off his suit and he walked away, with cellphone in hand, talking into it about the strange calamity that had hit him.

A man of experience came to visit this demonic place often, either to train or to remind himself of his older brother, in some twisted weird way. Every day, this man, clad in red and black, would find something new. It was that or he would find a place that would remind him once again of his past adventures. This man, named Dante, had such an experience with things under this category that if you were to ask a question on this he would answer back with the correct answer faster than the speed of light. Dante was adventuring along and he came across a person standing in front of a door or at least they seem that way from afar, but as Dante walked forward with a smirk on his face, that person appeared to have more of a "demonic" presence than anything else. Dante crossed his arms, he looked to the demon and then to the room, a room that Dante had never seen before. Dante, letting loose his loud and self-centured nature approached the demon and the room and spoke.
"Hello there, whatcha doin'?"
The demon, looking very angry, immediately spoke out.
"None of your business, not a very nice person!"
Dante stepped back, looking as if he had been offended by putting his hand on his chest with his mouth open in awe. Dante's curiousity has gotten him in situations that were awfully extreme, but this time it wasn't curiousity that drove him. It was sheer intitution. Dante grabbed the hilt of his favorite sword Rebellion, and pulled it out halfway. Dante, raising up one of his eyebrows, spoke out again. Dante wanted to know what was inside that room and he wanted to know right then and now.
"Well then, someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. But hey, let me give you a worst case scenario: What were to happen if I were to a look in there anyway, no matter what you said?"
The demon took out a scythe weapon and readied himself for battle. Dante completely unsheathed his weapon and he pointed it at his current opponent. He closed his eyes and shook his head in disappointment and smirked. He shrugged with his weapon still pointed at the demon and he spoke again.
"Hey, all I wanted was to see what was inside there, dude. You brought this on yourself, man...."
The demon charged with scythe in hand, he swiped wildly at Dante, with Dante easily dodging every blow with little to no effort. Dante then found a little opening and decided to swing his sword himself but his weapon met with his opponent's, resulting in a deadlock. During this, the demon called out for his friends and two more came out of the room. Dante pushed the demon back, winning the deadlock and he flips backwards and makes a smooth landing. He looked to the three demons and smiles. He makes a thinking motion, bringing his hand to rub his chin, attempting to mock the demons. The demons were going to run away but Dante was not going to let that happen.
"Well now, you've got friends. I wanna make some friends, come on, don't leave me here...."
The demons attempted to run away in three different directions. Dante's smile soon turned into an angry look. He looked to the demon he was fighting in the first place. Dante pulled his sword back in a horizontal position, with his left hand out. He then dashed forward, commencing with one of his trademark attacks: The Stinger. He catches the first demon in the chest and the demon dies while dissolving into sand. He looks to the second demon, Dante powers up his sword up to the point where it has a red aura with electric discharge in order for him to do another one of his trademark attacks: Drive. He then brings his blade behind him and then give the ground a glancing slash, making the wave's attack travel via the ground. The second attack connects and the second demon is cut into half before dissolving. The last demon was far away but not too far. Dante simply threw Rebellion at the demon and the blade went straight through the last demon. The last one dissolves with a hole in its chest. Dante calls the blade back and the blade comes back at a fast speed, but Dante is still able to catch it, hilt first. Dante sheathes the blade back and shrugs.
"You guys could have just let me see what was in there...."
Dante brushed himself off, rubbed his nose a little, and straightened his jacket as he went in through the door. As he went through, he looked around, taking in the smelly, blue-colored surroundings. He looked at the doorway, only to see what seemed to be shadows. A confused look crept its way onto Dante's face as he looked onto these beings. They stood perfectly still. He then turned to see a blue haired young woman latched to the wall. Dante, using his intelligence, assumed that these shadows mightg belong to her, and they might have been out for defense. Dante folded his arms across his chest and had his head lean a little to the side. He looked to the shadow-looking things and to the women latched to the wall. Instead of freeing her, he instead had something else in mind. He didn't want to take her home with him just so that he could just fall victim to her magic.
"Hey, that's quite a trick. Now, I'll be willing to free you if that's what you want but I might not. But from where you are standing you might just try to kill me either way it goes, so what do you think will happen next?"
