Sitting on a near by bench, Rinoa sat down with sort of a loud sigh. Being bored, she came out here as one of those spur of the moments things. She had nothing better to do and she still prefered being out then being crammed up some place where it felt like the light didn't reach. Okay, maybe she over-exagerated with that just a little bit, but still, it was better then going nothing. She was a little less bored here then she was back at the place she stayed at.
Rinoa sighed and watched as all the people passed by the bench where she had chosen to sit. It seemed like everyone was just here to shop...something she should've thought of in the first place. Still, this kind of stuff just wasn't her thing. She didn't really have a thing, come to think about it. Laughing a bit out loud, she shook her head with a smile at how strange she was.
This would sure be a nice place to sit with some friends on the other hand. That would've completely taken her boredum away. She felt a bit beat today. Usually she was a bit hyper-active. It was possibly just from her lack of communication with everyone today. Maybe she'd be able to stop by someone's place later if they weren't to busy. Who was the question though.

It had been some time trying to figure out what was really going on. The ruins of Zanarkand were a sight to stumble upon arriving not knowing what exactly happened. Some have told her the story of what had happened to this planet. Apparently everyone has been ripped from there world and slapped together here on this one. Did that mean that happened to everyone? It would explain the amnesia that hit. Time was the only thing left now to a certain character on this planet. No remembrance, no goal, no home, time was really all that was left to help ease the tide of confusion.
A huge ship rocked to and fro on the seas edge. A stow away snuck off the ship and stood on the planks of the dock that brought a busy lively-like city. The stench of fish reeked into the lone figures nostrils. The particular figure having a womanly figure threw off the bandana that covered her lower facial area. It exposed a thin, angular face that was topped off with strawberry blonde hair and hardened blue eyes. The breeze took not only the bandana away, but her wild hair flowed as her proud figure stood at ease.
The sun shone brightly on this day, the waves slowly rolled behind, and the shouts of men and women all around doing their daily deeds. It was a sight to see after being so solitude in Zanarkand. It was easy for her, the tall woman, to stay alone for so long. It was what she did and preferred to figure things alone. Trusting people took too long and things needed to be done right away. The young woman closed her eyes while shielding them with her hand. At her side rested a gun/blade while on her right hand held a gadget that she preferred very much in a fight. A few other accessories such as gravity grenades were in her red pouch that is attached on her left leg.
“Hey you, get out of the way were trying to do business! Well get your sorry ass out of the way misses,” was shouted behind her by a large man. The strawberry-blonde haired woman didn’t budge or flinch, but simply opened her lids while twisting her neck slightly. A group of men were carrying a net full of fish towards the inland off the ship she stowed away on. This particular woman didn’t like to obey orders especially if it was directed with anger. A strong, but womanly voice spoke back, “Why sir, if you were a good fishermen I’d think you’d be able to evade running into me. Perhaps you should find someone better to suit your job that doesn’t insult passersbys.” The woman turned to look directly at the tall, big mans expression change. It was evident that he was not too happy that he made a break to run into the woman ‘accidentally’. He succeeded at failing at the attempt that just led to embarrassment. The woman was too quick and smart that she had vanished within the crowd no where to be seen by the group.
Lightning was the woman’s name. Her spitting image was just as intimidating as lightning was in a storm. It was quite the opposite with the lady she had found herself nearby now. Lightning was new here and she had no idea where anything was. The thought of trying to figure more things out was on her mind. However, asking questions might raise the suspicion of others and most likely higher ups who wanted to keep their places.
The sun above beat down quite hotly. A few sweat drops started at the top of her brow indicating that it was going to be a nice warm day. Good thing she was near the sea, eh? Lightning found herself not too far away from lovely dark haired Rinoa. Her figure stood amidst the crowded pathway of busy people (or creatures what may you have it). If looked upon she stood with an air of mystery and confidence. The look in her eyes was hardened with her past of which she didn’t know. You could tell she isn’t your very feminine type that had the etchings of battle in her. All she was doing now was trying to find the true meaning of being here. Why were they brought together?
